Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing TieRodSupplier / Guangzhou Taiyi Auto Parts. We supply heavy truck steering parts, tie rod ends, drag links, steering rods, ball joints and related replacement parts mainly for B2B buyers, dealers, workshops and importers.

Because truck parts must match the correct OEM number, truck model, side position and dimensions, please check all product information carefully before confirming an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Return requests must be made within 7 days after the goods are delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unused and not installed
- In the original packaging where possible
- Free from damage, grease, modification or installation marks
- Returned with clear photos, order information and reason for return

Returned items that have been installed, used, damaged, modified or are missing key packaging may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless the problem was caused by our mistake:

- Items ordered with an incorrect OEM number, truck model or side position provided by the buyer
- Custom-sourced, special-order or specially confirmed items
- Used, installed or tested parts
- Electrical parts, pneumatic parts or parts damaged during installation
- Items damaged because of incorrect installation, misuse or unsuitable application
- Clearance or final-sale items

3. Damaged, Wrong or Defective Items

Please inspect your goods as soon as they arrive.

If the item is damaged during shipping, incorrect, or has an obvious quality problem, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

- Order number or invoice number
- Clear photos and videos of the product
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
- OEM number and truck model information
- Description of the problem

If the problem is confirmed to be caused by our error, we will offer a replacement, partial refund, or refund depending on the case.

4. Fitment and OEM Number Checking

We help customers check parts by OEM number, truck model, RH/LH side position, sample photo and dimensions. However, final confirmation before ordering is the buyer’s responsibility.

If the buyer provides wrong or incomplete information, we are not responsible for return shipping costs, replacement costs or refund claims caused by wrong fitment.

If we confirm the wrong part based on correct information provided by the buyer, we will help arrange a solution.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless the return is caused by our mistake.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, local handling fees and return freight are not refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

6. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or by another agreed method. The time required for the refund to arrive depends on the bank, payment provider and country/region.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees are generally non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

For eligible cases, we may offer an exchange or replacement instead of a refund. The buyer may need to pay the price difference, shipping cost or other related fees if the exchange is not caused by our mistake.
