1. Business Nature

TieRodSupplier supplies heavy truck steering parts and related replacement parts, including tie rod ends, drag links, steering rods, steering ball joints, repair kits and chassis components.

Our website is mainly for B2B inquiries, product display and quotation support. Product information shown on the website is for reference only. Final product availability, price, packing, delivery time and fitment confirmation must be confirmed with us before order processing.

2. Product Information

We try our best to keep product titles, OEM numbers, photos, descriptions and application information accurate. However, truck parts may vary by market, year, model, axle, side position and technical specification.

Photos are for reference. The actual product may have minor differences in color, surface finish, packaging, batch marking or accessories, without affecting normal use.

3. Fitment Confirmation

Before placing an order, customers should provide accurate information such as:

- OEM / OE part number
- Truck brand and model
- RH / LH side position
- Thread size, length or dimensions
- Sample photos or package label photos
- Quantity and destination country

We can help check matching based on the information provided. However, final confirmation before ordering is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We are not responsible for wrong fitment caused by incorrect, incomplete or unclear information provided by the buyer.

4. Quotations and Pricing

Prices displayed on the website, if any, are for reference only and may not represent the final transaction price.

Final quotation depends on product model, quantity, packing requirement, stock status, shipping method, exchange rate and destination.

A quotation is only valid within the stated validity period. If no validity period is stated, the quotation may change due to market or supplier cost changes.

5. Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed only after both parties agree on product details, quantity, price, payment terms and shipping arrangement.

We may require full payment or deposit before preparing goods, depending on the order type and customer agreement.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products comply with local import rules, vehicle regulations and market requirements in the destination country.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping method, delivery time and freight cost will be confirmed before shipment.

Estimated delivery times are for reference only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, logistics conditions, holidays, force majeure, incorrect address information or other reasons outside our control.

Unless otherwise agreed, customs duties, import taxes, local clearance fees and destination charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

In general, used, installed, damaged, modified, specially sourced or wrongly ordered parts are not eligible for return unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

Please contact us before returning any goods. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

8. Technical Advice

Any part checking, fitment suggestion or technical information provided by us is based on the information available at the time. It should not replace professional inspection or installation by a qualified mechanic.

The buyer and installer are responsible for safe installation, testing and use of the products.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of profit, installation labor cost, vehicle downtime, customs delay or any consequential damages related to product purchase, shipment or use.

Our responsibility, if any, is limited to the value of the specific product supplied by us.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, product descriptions and layout, belongs to TieRodSupplier or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use our website content for commercial purposes without written permission.
